UK delivery
Standard delivery: £4.95 including UK VAT. Free delivery on orders of £250.00 or more excluding VAT, before coupon discounts.
At 20% VAT, the free-delivery threshold is £300.00 including VAT.
The same delivery rules apply to all products, including our imported collection.
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We aim to prepare orders within two working days. Please contact us for a delivery estimate before placing a time-sensitive order.
International delivery
Please contact us before purchasing to receive a delivery quote. Send us the products and quantities you would like, together with your delivery country and postcode. We will confirm the delivery cost and arrangements before you place an order.
International delivery is quoted individually; automatic international checkout is unavailable. Any applicable import taxes, duties or carrier clearance charges are separate from the delivery quote unless expressly included.
No handling or low-order fee is added by our website.

RETURNS
We hold 30 days return policy from issuing the invoice. Any goods returned under the terms of the sale must be suitably packed as new and with the nature of the fault ( if any) and the full name and address of the customer clearly indicated. Goods are returned at the customer's expense in the condition they have been purchased. We do NOT offer ''Sell or Return'' on our stock. Please make sure you indicate the order number so we can allocate your return. You can follow our return instructions (click here) to start your return.
In event of a return please contact us by email to receive your RT number and return address. This will help us to deal with your return quicker!
*Please do not place any labels directly onto shoe boxes or original product packaging, failing to comply with this will lead to the packaging cost being deducted from your refund amount.
